Meditation Circles

Meditation is the primary, foundational tool to develop consciousness of the true nature. It is the most vital skill in becoming truth. Jean teaches meditation in circle format. Three times a week in Smithers, Northern B.C. Meditation circles are guided, using breath as the way in until silence increases and fills the awareness. Sometimes combined with yoga, sometimes alone.
